Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using the Code‑Flux website, any client portals, and any software, automations or SaaS products we provide.

1. You Must Not

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or damage systems.
  • Attempt to access systems, accounts, data, or networks without permission.
  • Send spam, abuse messaging systems, or engage in harassment or hate speech.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights or upload content you do not have rights to use.
  • Use our services to process sensitive personal data unless explicitly agreed in writing and appropriate safeguards are in place.
  • Use automations or scraping in a way that breaches third‑party terms or overwhelms systems.

2. Client Content & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for content and data you provide or publish using our deliverables.
  • You must ensure you have the lawful basis to collect and use any customer data you supply to us.
  • You must ensure that marketing messages you send comply with PECR and other applicable laws.

3. Enforcement

  • We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
  • We may suspend or terminate services immediately where we reasonably believe there is a serious breach, security risk, illegal activity, or harm to third parties.
  • We may remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP or the law.
